Alternate Battle

Sparkle holds it in her hand and a fire ball is launched from it! It destroys one of the stone pillars.

Sparkle: "Whoa. Ruby of Fire, much? Awesome. This I have got to keep! ... Can I?"

Eric: "Well, yeah, you can keep it.
"We need a ruby to trap a dark god, though."

Suddenly, it went dark.

Eric: "Night time's coming.
"Mobs like archer skeletons, spiders, Endermen, zombies and creepers come out to play at this time."

CC: umm can you hurry and find a Crystal then? Me and Sparkle will take guard while you mine

Eric: "We already have crystals.
"That woman who was just killed by magic missiles had it, and we savaged them from her."

CC: All right let's go then.

Sparkle: "Monsters pop up, we just fry them, easy as that."

Eric: "Yeah, we can attack them.
"Wait, Captain, don't we need a ruby instead of a diamond to capture the evil god?"

CC: you said we already had crystals I thought you meant there was a ruby in the ones we looted.
Just find one. Me and Sparkle Will cover you

Sparkle: "Believe it! We'll cover you enough to protect you from harm, but not so much that we'd end up fused!"

Eric: "And I thought Sparkle claimed a fire ruby?
"If you're willing to sacrifice it, then we can go."

Suddenly, they heard a whoosh.

Eric: "A pixel arrow?
"A skeleton archer's firing at us!"

CC: I doubt the fire ruby will work, its already enchanted to shoot fire

Some more pixel arrows came whooshing about.

Eric: "I think we need to go something about that skeleton."

They also heard groaning.

Eric: "Is that a zombie?"

Sparkle's eyes sparkle as the ruby catches fire and creates a wall of flame around the skeletal archer and zombies. They burnt to a crisp.

Sparkle: "Eh, I think I'll do something random."

Sparkle threw the ruby at a vampire bat and it hits! The vampire bat catches fire as the ruby returns to Sparkle.

Sparkle: "Guess tying the ruby to my finger with string was useful after all."

Eric: "Wait a minute,
"Bats can usually only be found in caves.
"Unless an invinsible Steve has a spawner."

They saw a blocky man in the air with what looks like a flat pixelated egg in his hand.

Eric: "The player's on creative mode!
"He can't be harmed!"

The player did a gesture motion, and some Creepers appeared.

NOTE: Steve is the fan nickname for the default player's avatar in Minecraft. And yes, the player can fly, can summon any object (including spawners to spawn mobs) and is invincible when on creative mode (not so in survival mode).

Sparkle fries the Creepers, turning them into steak... somehow.

Sparkle: "Creative, shmeative. He can't be hurt, but he's from a video game, correct?"

Eric: "Actually, they're as real to us as we are to them.
"Jumping to various worlds isn't like projecting oneself into a virtual reality game, BTW."

Some blocky cows came by.

Eric: "Okay, we now have another food source."

*A Portal Opens*
*All the Pokemon Jump out*
Raiflash: "You guys....You guys just...."
Rairnado: "Catch your breath Raiflash, and here is the Staff you made us go fetch. We tried so many things to find you guys."
*He hands over the staff to Eric*

Eric: "I was getting worried about you guys."

Raisplash: "It's OK. We made a lot of friends along the way. We taught them how to become part humans like us."
Raitree: "Mostly wild animals. And a lonesome Lion, who didn't eat us."

The blocky cows get turned into pizza by Sparkle's ruby of fire.

Sparkle: "... Honestly, though, I have no idea what's going on."

Eric: "Uh, I'd rather not talk about how ordinary animals and pokemon could become part humans without the help of magic or technology.
"After all that sounds impossible given the limitations of many world's physics."

Sparkle: "Physics, shmysics. Daniel Bedingfield is better."

Sparkle's Datawrist opens a holographic menu and Sparkle selects what appears to be random options. Then songs begin playing. Sparkle starts humming along the tunes of the songs. Eventually she starts singing along.

Sparkle: "I gotta get through this, I gotta get through this, I gotta make it, gonna make, gonna make it through, said I'm gonna get through this, I gotta get through this, I gotta take my, gotta take my mind off you..."

Eric, the Pokémon and Captain Conner all stare at Sparkle as though she was a tad insane. Time passes, and Sparkle is still singing.

Sparkle: "My head is a hurricane, my heart is a touch insanem and my body can't sleep to dream, and my eyes open up to scream, and my mouth is a thin straight line, as I'm struggling to pass the time, and my crime is that I'm living life without her, and the morning soon will come, and the days nearly almost done, and the clock says it's half past five, but the sun is still in the sky..."

Then, suddenly, a Bat Company appears!

Sparkle: "Huh? Oh man... Datawrist, analysis!"

*All the Pokemon attack the bats. However, they didn't get any effect.*

Arbok: How issss this possssible? We did a team attack!

???????: Let me handle this. Air Slash!
*A cut in the air separates the bats*
Rairnado: Raisoar?
Raisoar: That's me!

The bats formed again.

Eric: "Sparkle's datawrist stated that when attacked, it'll separate, but it also implies it can form again.
"I think it's a hive mind or something.
"To get rid of it, kill all the bats that make up this monster.
"It won't be easy, of course."

The boss formed into a Maori head and shot rings at the poke friends.

CC: I kinda figured that's what I was doing when I started killing bats.

CC dodges the hand
He blasts a Hole in the form.

Eric: "With my knowledge of Video game bosses when encountered in real life like this, you have to hit them with plenty of your attacks in order to defeat them."

He got out his plasma rifle and started shooting.

Eric: "Gosh, how I wish to have better weapons."

Rais: Raichundas Beam!
*All the Raichu shoot one massive beam, destroying 60 bats in all*
Arbok: Fire, Ice, and Thunder Fang!
*Arbok kills 35 bats*

Some more bats came flying in.

Eric: "There must be some source of bats that the monster's using to heal itself!"

CC: Dude just grab a freaking Ruby so we can go
Anyways, its time for the Captain to come up with a badass solution to our problems

CC:Arbok, Spray as much poisonous fumes or liquid on those things as you can.

Arbok does so

CC fires off a bunch of black liquid at the bats.

CC: Now Sparkle and Raitorch bathe it in flames.

His will is done


The black liquid CC sprayed and the poison from arbok ignite and the bats quickly burn.

They break formation and began to fly around crazily before dying

However, from the ashes, it comes back to life!

Sparkle: "That fast? And like a phoenix? Wow, must be phoenix bats here..."

Sparkle's Datawrist fires an orb at the monster, and it disappears!

Datawrist: "Creature absorbed. Rebooting."

The Datawrist's lights all go off.

Sparkle: "That's new."

PK's notebook: "The datawrist appears to be a electronic computer that allows the bearer to use digital-based attacks outside battle.
"It can also function like a normal computer, as prooven when Sparkle queries it information about that bat monster.
"It also seems like it can gain some sort of power from creatures it absorbs, although what sort of powers, I have yet to find out.
"About that ruby, have you guys tried looking in a underground cave?
"That's where the minerals usually are.
"The nearest cave is the one you guys just left, which turned out to be an abandoned mineshaft."

Eric: "I guess we should go back there."

A pixie appeared, dressed in a provocative blue dress, her face covered with a gas mask. She was about the same size as Sparkle.

Pixie: "Sorry, no entrance allowed. Prepare to die."

The pixie fired a massive bolt of poisonous gas, and it hit Sparkle! However, it did nothing.

Pixie: "What the?"

Sparkle: "Was that supposed to poison people on contact?"

Pixie: "No, 'twas to poison you if inhaled..."

Sparkle: "Are you blind?"

Pixie: "Yes, I rely on sound to find my foes."

Sparkle: "What's your name?"

Pixie: "Pixie Fairy."

Sparkle (muttering to herself): "Odd name that is."

Pixie: "If you're immune to poisoning--"

Sparkle: "I'm not. I'm wearing a gas mask."

Pixie: "Oh. Paranoid, aren't you?"

Sparkle: "Better to be safe than to be sorry. What's your name."

Pixie: "Already said, Pixie Fairy."

Sparkle: "Don't you have a different name? Like... 'Tracy Pirouette'?"

Pixie: "No. I don't."

Sparkle: "Well, why don't you use that as your name? It'll make you unique, y'know. Also, you need a better dress, wouldn't want to confuse you with other Pixie Fairies."

Pixie / Tracy: "You're right..."

The pixie snaps her fingers and her dress turns red.

Tracy: "I'll go with you, miss."

Sparkle: "Please, call me Sparkle."

Tracy: "Yes, Sparkle."

The pixie lands on the ground and starts walking into the mine shaft, Sparkle following her.

Eric: "I guess we need to follow.
"And I wonder how non mincraftians are getting here besides us?"

He opened PK's notebook.

PK: "Even if I know, I wouldn't spoil the story.
"And besides, didn't I told you already to stop relying on my notebook for every questions?"

By provocative do you mean it makes people want to fight?
Cause I will totally kill it, if I'm allowed to

Anyways now that its red it will be even more provocative to bulls.

CC: OHMYGOD LETS HURRY AND LEAVE THIS FREAKING CAVE I REALLY HATE BEING UNDERGROUND

Eric: "Wait a minute, what happened to our wizard?"

Sparkle: "...? There was a wizard?"

PK's Notebook: "Provocative could mean 'serving or tending to provoke, excite, or stimulate; stimulating discussion or exciting controversy'."

The thing I zapped him with. It's a modified version of your little hammerspace. Basically this beam stores bodies into a limitless void, only it has zero oxygen there, hence void. So people zap each other with these and they suffocate in a vaccumn full of corpses. That's why I put a mask on him. And it's designed to kill people and easily dispose of bodies. So I don't know how to get anything back. Anyways you might wanna have a look. If you can get him out, be careful theres like a bunch of corpses and some old clothes I didn't feel like throwing away. They won't be rotten or anything, since theres no stuff to decompose them, but it's still gross.

PK's notebook: "I'll, uh, tell you what the fourthwall said."

Eric: "I guess I forgot."
