That is a lot of reading. Reading is good, though. Who knows, it could even help people learn new words. I didn't know what "acrid" meant until I read the word in a Harry Potter book and looked it up in the dictionary afterwards... although the dictionary gave the wrong meaning.

Anyway, anyone who is writing chapters for this massive story (at the moment, only KarjamP, Taylor and I are writing chapters at the moment) who has questions should ask me and/or Taylor.

She can e-mail me if I should be grounded (like some days back) so that I can reply via e-mail... but I'd only be able to reply if my parents aren't at home...

I wonder if there is going to be a SCS 2. Maybe I could help write a couple of chapters, although my writing style may not fit in as good as yours.

Apparently episodes 4 and 5 are for tying up loose ends from before, but I don't know if it has changed yet (as Shane originally intended to make those episodes as mods and not fanfics).

We'll see once we finish Episodes 2 and 3... right?

SCS3 will work in both two other Cave Story mods of mine: Into the Unknown and all Hope of Shané mods (Frost, and the unreleased Ember, Spark, Toxin and one that is a secret for now).

SCS2 will contain the FEST-fighting characters (Kanpachi, Julio, three other people and one of my characters, Gina San-Mari), and there's a chance that it could contain Shadow of the Stars.

The Curse of Il'andri'iel and Cave Story Re:coded haven't been added anywhere yet, so far. The moment I have the Fire, Earth, and Spirit characters who fight FEST (I'll ask those people for it) I'll be able to post the Arcs for SCS2 and SCS3.

EDIT:
Taylor asked that the Shadow of the Stars ARC be put in SCS 4 instead. At the end of SCS 3, Kim and Shane end up in a comatose state because of Pacen, and eventually... well, something out-of-character will happen with Shane being the one being out-of-character.

Well, how about this?

1. I create a subforum for chapters that have yet to be put into the story at a specific chapter.
Example: I post Chapter 7 of Episode 0 in the subforum, but not in the main story, as Chapters 4 to 6 haven't been posted there yet.

2. Once the chapters before the previous ones are posted, I update the posted chapter.
Example: I've finally posted Chapters 4 and 5, and Taylor finally posted Chapter 6. I then update Chapter 7 with the new things that happened before. Then I post it in the thread itself.

Shane gets to write it (when needed, of course, and if you he's not willing to allow Kush control over the chapter), and he PM's Kush a draft, he tells you what you need to change to get his vision of the 5th elementals across, and then you modify.

In other words, anything 5th elemental-related gets supervised by Kush.

Also, about the posting of the chapters after 3, are you guys willing to revise them when needed to conform to chapter 3, or must I revise chapter 3?

Anyway, Taylor and I hit a blank.

After the Revival of Pacen (yes, that oversized thing gets revived in SCS5 after Shane and Kim's Nobodies are absorbed/fused/whatever'd) the group of people who were possessed by Pacen are to obtain Legendary Weapons.

The Pieces of Pacen, along with those possessed, are:

Here are all the "curse symptoms" of the pieces (thank Taylor for that ). If the effects on other people last for too long, they could potentially die, but some of them won't kill other people.

Tongue (1): Those in a town suddenly can't eat anything - everything has no taste, and the only thing that can be eaten are disgusting stuff. This doesn't apply to the possessed.
Tongue (2): Those in a town suddenly can't eat anything - everything has no taste, but arum root is the only edible thing, which isn't even filling. This doesn't apply to the possessed.
Claws: The possessed is obsessed with murdering people, having claws him/herself.
Teeth: The possessed is obsessed with eating people. His/her teeth are so sharp that it would put a vampire to shame.
Greed: The possessed will do anything for money. Everyone else in the same town as the possessed will consider money worthless and give all of it to the possessed.
Cannon: The possessed will do anything to kill people with cannons, which exist in the elbows and knees of the possessed.
Skeleton: Everyone in the same town as the possessed will be skeletal, although the possessed remains unaffected.
Toxic Gland: The possessed is constantly surrounded by a highly toxic gas that passes through all forms of barriers, except for the Immortality Armor of the Dragon Riders (which is special as it comes from the manicle instead). The possessed is also immune to poison.
Blood: Those in the same town as the possessed will bleed to death from their eyes, mouth, ears and nose, slowly. The possessed will drink their blood after they die, thirsting for more blood.
Will: The possessed makes plans for the pieces of Pacen to be merged again. It will use and abuse anyone to do so.
Nose: Those in the same town as the possessed will smell a horrible, stinking smell for as long as they're in town. Even wearing a hazmat suit or a gas mask is useless, although the Dragon Riders' Immortality Armor isn't. The possessed is unaffected.
Wings: The possessed gets black wings of evil and all psychotic. However, romantic feelings for another person can prevent the possessed from doing evil, meaning that the Wings of Pacen can potentially be an ally instead.
Heart: Those possessed by the Heart of Pacen will do anything to complete his or her missions, and are extremely loyal to another person possessed by a Piece of Pacen. Like the Wings, the Heart's evil can be suppressed by romantic feelings for another.
Core: Everyone in the same town as the possessed will feel weak and useless, and the possessed is immune.
Body: The possessed will be unaffected from the curse, whilst other people in the same town will become very skinny or very fat.
Horns: The possessed gets horns and a lust for murdering people.
Eyes: The possessed can see everything - lies, truth, secret passages, and even if people in hazmat suits are wearing school uniforms. The possessed also controls "eyeball bats", which puts people to a deep sleep that can only be reversed by the defeat of the Eyes. If the people do not wake up, their souls will be stolen and they die.
Third Eye: Just like the Eyes of Pacen, except the possessed is constantly surrounded by foul odours.
Soul: Those in the same town as the possessed will slowly lose their souls, and eventually die. This doesn't apply to the possessed.
Pain: Those in the same town as the possessed will be in pain and eventually die of it. This doesn't apply to the possessed.


At least, that's what Taylor wishes the effects to be.
I'll probably have to lighten it or something, wouldn't want everybody to be walking wastelands now, do I?

The Legendary Weapons are: Sword, Dagger, Dual Sword, Dual Dagger, Keyblade.

They are unnamed, however, and I'd like you guys to name the weapons.

Wikia's one, but I don't like the fact that you've forced to use its style of Wiki's by default (I'd prefer a style resembling Wikipedia).

By the way: CHAPTER NAMES AND ARC NAMES ARE NOT OFFICIAL YET. If a chapter name is in italics it's unofficial, and there just to give a general idea of what could happen there. Those that are official are not in italics. Arc names are chosen once all chapters of an episode is finished.

Also, there were too many characters in the Second Post, so I used the Fourth Post as well. Hope you don't mind, Shane.

Hehe.... I'm writing 3 chapters. I have never been in an online collaborative project, so altogether, my writing will differ from yours.

For now, it's three, since none of us know when exactly you'll be able to work on the three chapters - since it could be during school time, or school holidays. Besides, different writing styles can help.

If Shane does decide to add the Pokémon world to the story, then there'll probably be more chapters, right? I'd like to write some of 'em, but who knows? Maybe... Maybe it'll even include a Pokémon Ranger or something. :3

Or even a villainous team with cute uniforms

Frogwings does have a uniform, so far. It changes in year 3, then again in year 6, and again in years 9 and 10.

As in, it's now their new terms and conditions to use their style as the only default.

The only Wikia wiki that's not forced to do that is Uncyclopedia, but that's only because of a huge slice of its users were complaining.

Also, Wikia doesn't delete the wiki if you try to migrate to another host, thus it may severely effect search results when you search for stuff in their wiki.

Ah, so Wikia's out then. Using their style as the only default is going to be annoying.

And Kanpachi's arc in DR3 was wrongly numbered (26 to 31, not 5 to 9).
