The Battle: Episode 1: The Quest Begins

*Strange sparks appear out of nowhere, and many green spirits come out of the room's walls*
Kush: No......It is Louis! His power overloaded too much! He is past uncontrollable to anyone....except one person.
Nero: Who's that? Tell me fast! We're running out of time!
Kush: His brother........Me.
*Everyone is dumbfounded. How can a 5th Elemental be related to a Tiger Phoenix Master?*
Kush: I had caught a Phoenix and a Tiger once, when I was only three. They merged together one day, They had shown me a young Louis sitting in a cave. I had taken him in, given him my own blood, making us blood brothers. Now I will have to stop him from crying.....
*He teleports and brings back Louis who is crying very hard*
Kush: Don't cry brother, it is just a nightmare.
*It echos "Just a nightmare...Just a nightmare...Just a nightmare...*
Louis (crying): I won't die, would I brother? *sob*
Kush: You will be fine with me, Louis, Daddy is looking at us. We will be safe.
*Louis cries even more*
Kush: Nero, take my place. I'll be sending Louis to sleep now. Sleepy Dreamers!
*Louis falls asleep*
Kush: Louis will live. He will remember everything but he will not do any destruction.

PK: "You know that I almost never am surprised by anything, Author Kush."

A wall broke.

PK: "Thankfully, we're outside the datascape, so it's safe now."

Oh, how I missed saying that.

PK: "yeah, yeah, yeah.
"Wait, now where's this Taylor that helped us out from outside Shane's Datascape, unless the Taylor Smith with us is her?"

Taylor Smith: "Is that the Taylor you're talking about?"
Ginny: "Must be, she's been lying there since I came here, but we have a bigger problem!"
Kim: "Here, and there! And everywhere! ♪ "
HAZMAT Girl: "Stop singing... or you all die."
Ginny: "The legendary Death Gas Queen..."
Kim: "WHO?!"
HAZMAT Girl: "Huh? That's just an Esiësian myth, y'know. I'm a Draconian Saiyan."
Keira: "Huh?"
Tifa: "Say wha?"
HAZMAT Girl: "The name's Desira. Desira Zane."
Taylor Smith and Kim: "What did you do with Shane?"

Taylor Smith and Kim glare at each other, fire in their eyes. Jason suddenly speaks, as though he appeared out of nowhere.

Jason: "Just like in anime."
PK: "You had to lampshade it, didn't you?"
Jason: "Of course I do."

Jason puts a lampshade on his head.

Jason: "Judging by what I just did, that's how often I lampshade stuff."
Desira: "... WILL YOU PEOPLE STOP GASSING AND PREPARE YOURSELVES?!"
Kim: "We're not gassing anyone."
Taylor Smith: "I think she meant it in the 'talk socially without exchanging too much information' sense."
Keira: "Possibly."
Desira: "If that kid in the house is Shane, then I quickly beat him with my power level of something above ten billion. And I'm just eight-years old, after all."

Everyone who is conscious, who isn't PK: "WHAT?!"

PK: "That's way higher than Shane's. His energy level is just five hundred thousand, which, in power level, would be two hundred and fifty thousand."

Desira: "Yeah. Power levels have measurements too: Saiyans use Power Levels, which is as it is. Inhumans use Energy Signatures instead, of which 2 Energy Signatures unit is worth 1 Power Level unit. So my Energy Signature is five billion, but my Power Level is ten billion. Possibly."

PK: "I wonder what will happen with the Taylor whose last name isn't Smith."

Taylor Smith: "Oh, Taylor Blaze?"
Taylor Smith puts on a pair of white latex gloves, then checks for a pulse.
Taylor Smith: "She's dead. No pulse..."
Keira: "What?!"
Tifa: "That's not good!"
Taylor Smith: "... Hmm..."
Taylor takes a blood sample of the dead Taylor, and inserts it in a weird-looking orb. It shines, and a holographic menu appears.
Taylor Smith: "She's been poisoned... and died because of it."

PK: "I've known beings who can fake being dead just by controlling their metobolism.
"There's also some drugs that can be used to fake death.
"Nonetherless, she could still being alive, her heart being stopped and still have poison in her body."

PK gave something to Tayler Blaze, who then groaned.

PK: "This Phoenix Down should revive her and cure her poison."

However, she remained dead.

Taylor Smith: "... She's a pureblood human... yet that feather should've revived her. What's going on?"

Desira: "Those killed by my poisons cannot be brought back to life by anything except when it's my birthday, and that's on the Draconian equivalents of 10 November. The reason is because on that day, my curse reverses, meaning it will be a healing or revivification gas instead of being so toxic that I have to wear a HAZMAT suit. And time has to pass naturally, it can't be rewinded or fast forwarded. Also, attempting to force-reverse my permanent curse will result in the beast inside of me... to awaken and destroy the entire planet with deadly gases. I'm possessed by the Toxin of Pacen, see..."

Kim: "ANOTHER one?!"

PK: "What about time travel?"

He opened a portal underneath the unconscious Taylor, sucking it in.

PK: "I sent it to the future using my portals.
"If I can't fast forward time, I can send her right on that date.
"I sent her to where I predict you were to be, Desira, if the future doesn't change that you'd be in a different location."

Desira: "I said, time has to pass naturally. Time travel doesn't count as passing naturally."

Kim: "HOW MANY MORE ARE THERE POSSESSED BY PACEN?!"

PK: "Well, then, your future version can fix it?
"Besides, even if time STILL had flowed normally, wouldn't she decompose into a skeleton till then?"

PK (thinking): "Huh, Eric Karjam's opened my notebook and asked when will his adventures continue?
"I may as well reply to him."

At Eric, Sparkle and Captain Connor's location:

PK's Notebook: "Your adventures will continue as soon as the other authors bother to post in the Alternate Battle thread."

Taylor Smith: "Keira, Tifa, you do something."
Keira and Tifa: "We can't."

Taylor Smith: "WHY NOT?"
Keira: "Taylor Blaze isn't here, she's in the future."
Tifa: "Otherwise we'd use the Impure Resurrection Jutsu on her to raise her as a zombie and not as her human self."

Desira: "... Whatever. People killed with the toxic gases that I'm permanently surrounded with can't decompose. My parents' corpses are still in their natural (but dead) state. This is why I wear a HAZMAT suit - to prevent people from being gassed to death just by being a kilometer away from me."

KarjamP: "Why did I expect her to say that?"

PK: "...Nevermind. May as well fetch her corpse."

He went through a tunnel and came back with her corpse.

PK: "There we go.
"What happens when she's cremated in a fire or buried in a grave, Desira?"

Desira: "I can track anyone who was killed by my toxins, and cremating somebody killed by it is impossible, but it will also poison the one trying to cremate the dead person as well. My grandparents died in that way by attempting to cremate my parents."

Kim: "So... you know where people you killed are even if they're buried?"

Desira: "Yes. It's both a gift... and a curse..."

PK: "Hmm, I think it's possible to weaponize your toxins.
"In fact, the only thing we need to worry about is when your birthday comes, as everyone who were killed by your toxin would be resurrected."

Desira: "Only if they're inside the healing gas cloud that'll surround me constantly, and its range is half a kilometer, unlike the toxic gas."

Tifa: "... So who are you?"

Desira: "DESIRA ZANE! A SAIYAN FROM DRACONIA!"

Keira: "She's nuts."

Desira: "NO I'M NOT!"

Nero: You are making her angry, which is why that happened.
Kush: It has been long since Author Kush posted, which is why the dramatic silence.
Nero: So how long will it be for Louis to wake up?
Kush: Maybe a day or two, his body is tired. Really Tired.

PK: "I have my sympathy for Louis."

Jason and Shaie suddenly land behind the group, startling them.

Desira: "C-cousin?"
Jason: "Huh?"
Shaie: "Cousin?"

Desira: "Jason! It is you!"
Jason: "Huh?"
Shaie: "Cousin?"

Desira: "It's me, Desira Zane, your cousin!"
Jason: "Huh?"
Shaie: "Cousin?"

Kim: "Was that the rule of three talking?"
Jason: "Captain Jackie Norris say wha?"
Shaie: "Niatpac Eikcaj Sirron yas ahw?"

PK: "Did you just speak backwards, Shaie?"

Shaie: "Ancient Draconian, actually. There's a past Draconian, which I just spoke, present Draconian, that Kim and most other Inhumans here can speak--"

Kim: "I only know, like, ten words!"

Shaie: "... and possibly future Draconian, that I have no idea what it is. I'd need to ask my teacher at the Draconian school I went to."

PK: "Why would they speak backwards?"

Shaie: "Beats me up into silver."
Jason: "Desira Zane... Desira Zane... nope, don't have a cousin by that name."
Desira: "Jason, don't you remember? 16 March 2009? My parents were killed with poison gas?"

Jason: "Who were your parents?"
Desira: "Johnathan Morris and Charlotte Aulin."
Kim: "Uh, that's a lie, y'know."

PK: "Actually, it isn't. Apparently her parents were named after those video game characters, somehow."

Kim: "Wow. Weird."

KarjamP: "Wait, how come draconian schools already teach Future Draconian?
"Was it constructed already, but only took on in the future, or..."

Shaie: "Who knows? For all we know, one of our children could've brought a dictionary from the future or something, and we wouldn't notice. Or somebody could be able to see the future, I dunno."

Jason: "... Nope, don't know a Charlotte or a Johnathan."

Desira: "What...?"

PK: "He must've either have amnesia or have his memory wiped or something."

KarjamP: "Isn't that a paradox or something, Shaie?"

Desira: "They're dead, you were at the funeral with your parents!"
Jason: "... Hey, I didn't want to go to any funeral, but my parents never tell me anything! I didn't even know that I had three sisters until I found out from the principal of the school!"
Shaie: "Apparently not."

Kush: ......What now?..........

PK: "That reminds me of Shane, Jason.
"That is, you don't even remember you had three sisters until MUCH later in your life."

KarjamP: "You haven't answered my question, Shaie:
"Isn't that a paradox that a dictionary of Future Draconian was sent to the past so that others can learn that language?"

Shaie: "I said, I dunno. I don't speak it, I don't even know if it's possible to speak it. I have to ask my Draconian teacher and he's at Draconia, and even then, I don't know if he can see into the future or something."

Kim: "Yeah, but Shane's case is different in that he never even saw them until after those bullies attacked."

Jason: "Yeah, my parents just said that Shara and Serena were guests who paid for two rooms. They lived in the same house as I did... and my parents lied to me!"

Desira: "So your parents never told you about having an aunt or uncle?"

PK: "What I'm concerned about is his lack of memories pertaining to your family relations together."

Taylor Smith slaps the Purple Karjam against the head.

Taylor Smith: "Ow! That hurt... but whatever. Shane never knew his sisters until some event in Gansbaai that almost got him and Kim killed, and he knew that he had cousins!"

Taylor Smith takes a deep breath.

Taylor Smith: "Jason knew his sisters, but was never told that he was their brother, and he was never told that he had cousins!"

PK: "Typical."

KarjamP: "Are you relapsing into your embarrassing portrayal during the earlier time at Draconia Variant A, PK?"

PK: "No, I just felt like saying it."

KarjamP: "..."

a portal opens and nbaheen comes out

PK: "Okay, who forgot Nbaheen in the datascape that he had to warp out by himself (with Shane's permission, of course)?"

KarjamP: "Uh, PK?"

PK: "What is it?"

KarjamP: "It's going to be a while before Author Shane posts here, as he's been grounded for a month.
"The only way to continue, it seems, is if Author Taylor temperary takes over this game and controls Shane's characters."

Nero: Let's not post in here, Author Shane won't know what is up 100 posts later.

PK: "Actually, Author Kim, that is, Author Taylor, is an altogether different person from Shane, who can't currently be with us due to his ridiculous punishment lasting for about a month (he got grounded because his family's kittens are missing)."

KarjamP: "If you want to talk about these things, Author Nbaheen, talk about it in the offtopic thread of this forum, not the game.
"In the meantime, I think this should be locked until Shane comes back.
"If you still want to play, why not try out the Alternate Battle, where none of Shane's characters are prominent to the story?"

PK: "Nicely put, KarjamP, although I will be sad that time would temperally freeze here."

KarjamP: "Relax: you can talk to Connors and his crew via the notebook you gave to them."

Taylor Smith: "Enough of that, thank you. If anyone breaks the fourth wall one more time, I'll probably lose control of my anger and then kill some random monster that usually pops up when I get angry."

Keira: "So now what?"

Tifa: "We wait... right?"

Taylor Smith: "Yep."

KarjamP: "Okay, Author Shane's back."

PK: "Phew!"

KarjamP: "Now, I wonder when he'll post in here again."

PK: "..."

A monster appears. It looked like a fusion of a Hydreigon, a Blue-Eyes White Ultimate Dragon, a Nine-Tailed Fox and a 20-headed hydra.

Kim: "Great, you've made Taylor lose it."

KarjamP: "...
"You've done that specifically to get back at me for breaking the fourth wall, didn't you, Author Shane?"

PK: "Aren't you going to show off your beard?"

KarjamP: "That joke's getting too old."

PK: "...
"Anyway, abominations like this monster is highly unusual."

Taylor Smith (angry): "What did I say before? 'If anyone breaks the fourth wall one more time, I'll probably lose control of my anger and then kill some random monster that usually pops up when I get angry.' And what's my mood right now? ANGRY."

Kim: "... More like, furious enough to grab the Purple Karjam and crush him to death so much that he'll get deleted from existence."

Taylor Smith (angry): "DEFINITELY!"

Kim: "But it won't work. I tried. Oh, I tried."

PK: "When?"

Kim (thinking): "Just trying to stop her from wasting her own life or something."

Kim (out loud): "When we first met. Regardless, I almost died trying. And he didn't do anything, I almost died of hunger and thirst."

Taylor Smith (furious): "BURN HIM!"

PK: "You don't know who you're dealing with, Taylor.
"I have enough power to destroy entire universes if I want to.
"Besides, I'm not a bad guy."

KarjamP: "I don't remember you doing that, PK."

PK (telepathy): "I didn't.
"Just playing along.
"Besides, I could do what Kim claimed I did to her if I wanted to."

KarjamP (telepathy): "But you don't lie!"

PK (telepathy): "I didn't say it's true.
"I just said I'm powerful."

KarjamP (telepathy): "... Oh, right."

Kim (thinking): "It could be in an universe where Shane and I are evil, instead of good as we were since our paths converged."

The ground starts shaking and a Leechgrave Heartless pops up!

Kim: "Gah! Dark form on!"

Kim's outfit turns black, with a gas mask appearing over her face.

Taylor Smith: "... Heartless? TIME TO UNLEASH MY RAGE!"

PK: "I'll, uh, provide support."

KarjamP: "Why the sudden cowardice?"

PK: "I want the others to at least try."

Everyone (other than Desira and Kim, and KarjamP and the Purple Karjam, and the unconscious/dead people) started to cough as a purple-pink mist started surrounding them. Then Tentaclaws pop up. Taylor quickly loses consciousness and falls to the ground with a thud.

Kim: "It's highly toxic. Chances of everyone surviving are low... Oh no! What about Shane!?"

Desira: "Relax. There's a force field around him, after I tried killing him with poison gas it appeared."

Kim: "Oh, okay..."

PK examined everyone friendly using medical skills.

PK: "I can treat them using Karjamian tech so that they survive."

Kim: "Well, Leechgraves tend to create poisonous gas at will, somehow. Too bad killing it destroys its corpse and leaves a giant floating crystallized heart behind."

Kim created a sword of flame from her gloved hands. Then she turned to Desira.

Kim: "You control poison, don't you?"

Desira: "Yes, but I can't make it disappear!"

Kim: "Fudge. Then... let's go all out!"

PK: "You seem to be able to resist the poisonous mist, Nbaheen.
"Well, at least for long enough to put a gas mask on.
"Do you know that there's poisons that are toxic enough that mere contact with the skin would cause you to be affected?
"That is, you need to wear a hazard suit in addition to a gasmask in order to be protected from it.
"That, or you're naturally 'sealed', like me."

NOTE: The worse that those poisons can do to PK is to make him feel sick, but he doesn't die from them.

Kim started attacking with her full fury, unleashing amazing combos on the Tentaclaw Heartless that popped up relentlessly using her Keyblade.

Kim: "It's as though these things come from a tower of dolls or something!"

Desira: "The Castlevania song or a literal tower--?"

Kim: "Song."

PK: "I think Vampire Killer should be playing in the background."

KarjamP: "It's not like this forum game can have background music like video games and movies, PK."

PK: "I know. Just saying."

Nero: Can't...breathe...too...toxic...Vladirad!
*Nero faints*
Kush: Shoot. Now Louis AND Nero are down. I guess it's up to me now. Mistorolandos Wirwhandho!
*Kush transforms into this:*

Kush: Now I can have clean air, because this is my wind form. One of my 4 main elements. The others are Fire, Water, and Earth.

PK: "Good thing you didn't turn into your fire form, as then this place would explode from the lit fumes.
"As I said, I can treat your friends with Karjamian technology."

Keira and Tifa both look at each other, none of them coughing.

Tifa: "Taylor would love this, if only she wore her gas mask. She'd treat poisonous gas like she'd treat her boyfriend."
Keira: "Yeah. But she hasn't a boyfriend yet."
Kim: "How are you two unaffected?"

Keira and Tifa each remove one of their gloves, revealing a black ring with an amethyst set into it.

PK: "Rings of poison resistance?"
Keira: "Yep! That's what these are!"
Tifa: "More like, poison immunity. Us pixies like to think ahead."
Keira: "But I'm a human from Juno."
Tifa: "Let me rephrase that. Us Junovians like to think ahead."

Keira and Tifa put their gloves back on again, then start wielding their daggers.
