| It's kept unlocked for a reason: for members to discuss how long the ban should be.
Id est: firstly, an offender gets warned. After the third warning, he/she gets permabanned, and members discuss the length of the ban in this thread. After members get into an agreement of the date of which the ban is lifted, the permabanned member is banned until that date, which is when he/she gets unbanned.
That doesn't apply to certain rules, though. | |
