Guide to making Character pages

So you wanna make character pages? Read this thread!

This thread is to be locked until the full guide is posted.

NOTE:
The topic's title must be in a colour, dependent on their gender: BLUE for males, and RED for females, and GREY for those without genders, or whose genders are unknown.

The character sheets MUST have the first post in the format below. If something is unknown, then just fill it with "Unknown".
FORMAT OF CHARACTER PAGE:

Name	The character's name goes here. Not their full name, but what people call them. If they have several, each name goes on its own line.
Last Name / Surname	The last name (surname) of the character goes here. Like with names, if a character has several last names, each last name goes on its own line.
Home	Where this character lives, preferably the name of the city/town where they live and the country.
Birthday	The date of birth of the character.
Chapter introduced	The chapter name (and a link to the chapter) goes here. The chapter is the one where the character first appears.
Race	The character's race (human, Inhuman, Glorphian, dwarf, etc.) goes here.
Full name	The character's full name goes here, with their last name. If a character only has their name known, as in the case of Maddie, put that there with their last name.
Alliance	?
Emblem	?

BIOGRAPHY:
The character's bio goes here. It is to be separated in categories. The categories are:

Before it begins:
Anything that happens before the Prologue of Shane's Cave Story 0 goes here.

Prologue to Chapter 5:
Anything that happens from the Prologue, to the end of Chapter 5.

Chapter 6 to Chapter 10:
Anything that happens from Chapter 6, until the end of Chapter 10.

TROPES:
